Learn more about Venwave, the problems it solves, and the product thinking behind its development.
Venwave is a cloud-native pharmacy operating system built to streamline retail pharmacy operations through POS billing, inventory management, automation, analytics, and Agentic AI.
Venwave is an architectural proof of concept built from scratch to demonstrate how I approach real-world product development—from understanding business problems and user workflows to designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
Pharmacies manage billing, inventory, distributor purchases, customer orders, outstanding payments, and compliance across complex workflows. Venwave brings these operations together and uses automation and AI to reduce repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
Venwave combines multi-tenant architecture, high-volume medicine search, pharmacy-specific inventory logic such as FEFO, automated data ingestion pipelines, transactional workflows, analytics, and AI agents into one integrated system.
Venwave uses specialized AI agents for pharmacy workflows, including customer WhatsApp order and refill assistance, store management queries, and automated debt-collection workflows. The goal is to move beyond a simple chatbot toward action-oriented business automation.
I started with the business workflows rather than the technology. I identified operational problems, translated them into product requirements, designed the system architecture, selected appropriate technologies, and implemented the product incrementally from scratch.
Venwave demonstrates my ability to think beyond individual features and approach software as a complete product— understanding requirements, making architectural decisions, solving domain-specific problems, integrating AI, and designing for scalability and real-world usage.
Venwave is more than a SaaS project. It demonstrates how I turn an ambiguous business problem into a working software product. My goal is to show that I can understand the problem, design the solution, build the system, and think like a product engineer.
